Brief:

The Peace Process is an international multidisciplinary think tank dedicated to reducing extremism around the world through cultural engagement. When presented with an opportunity to pitch this plan to a Sheikh of the United Arab Emirates for funding, the weekend pivoted into creating a graphic intro for the presentation. Since one of the main descriptive talking points that they were using was calling the modern surge of terrorism a decentralized world war, I wanted to take visual cues from how old war movies handled their maps. The other side of their mission is to be data-driven so I leaned into the Plexus data point/node look as well, using minimal color for impact.
